Overview

The Crypt of Santa Reparata is the first testimony of Christianity in Florence.
Built in the 4th century AD was rediscovered after the Florence flood in 1966.
Visiting the remains of the Basilica of Santa Reparata, you embark on a real journey through time, from the early Christian origins, to the romantic evidences.

The tomb of Filippo Brunelleschi, author of the Cupola, is kept in the crypt.
